Package are shipped out by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time. All order placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time ship out the same day. All order placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern time will ship the next day.
Overnight orders placed on Friday will require Saturday delivery.

Delivery time for International Orders can be 7-14 business days OR LONGER, depending on location, local post and customs.
*Regular USPS delivery International customers are responsible for duties and taxes which their respective countries charge for imported goods.
We do not charge or calculate foreign taxes or duties.
Regular US postal service times are not guaranteed. (No Saturday or Sunday Shipping and same cost for multiple bottle shipments)

Any bottle of A.M.P. Floracel® Capsules, Powder and/or Pet Powder that is unopened with the safety seal intact, may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund. We are unable to accept or issue refunds for opened containers, or those with a damaged safety seal. All refunds MUST be approved prior to return and will require an authorization number and original order invoice.
Orders must be returned via: tracking method; to help us insure your package is being delivered to us. Shipping and handling charges on returned or refused packages will not be refunded. A.M.P. Floracel® can make no assurances or guarantees as to the level of effectiveness of any product for any individual due to our inability to monitor your usage, consistency, and procedure. Customer acknowledges and accepts this policy upon purchase. All returns are required to receive an email confirmation with a return authorization number in order to return A.M.P. Floracel® Products.
