ATTENTION: You MUST CALL FIRST before returning a product in order to get a Return Authorization Number. Without that number the Returns department will not be able to credit your purchase. Please call us at 954-527-1004 during our normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time for all returns and exchanges. Your return number must be clearly written on the original invoice.
Refused or Returned Shipments:
Packages that have been shipped and refused, will not be issued a refund unless authorized and subject to shipping charges.
Any unopened bottle of AMP FLORACEL® with the safety seal intact, along with the original invoice, may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Opened product bottles cannot and will not be accepted for refund.

If you are returning product, please ensure that it is mailed via a SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION method.
Due to our inability to monitor the customer’s usage, consistency and procedure of taking AMP FLORACEL®, we can make no assurances or guarantees as to the level of effectiveness of any product for an individual within a particular time frame. The customer acknowledges and accepts this policy upon purchase.
