DIVERTICULITIS / DIVERTICULOSIS

I was diagnosed with diverticulosis when I had my first diverticulitis flair up. I eat well and am physically active and was shocked to learn the diagnosis. I have had four flair ups since being diagnosed a year ago. I have been threatened with being sent to a surgeon. I happened upon your web site when researching anything that could help. Because I try to practice only holistic medicine (despite being an RN) -- I gave it a try. I stopped the antibiotics and started the aloe regime. Although I'm only two weeks into it, I have had an increase in energy, the abdominal pain has stopped and my bowel movements have normalized and are not painful. I'm hoping for a reduction in joint pain as well.
